Join our winemaker, Genevieve Janssens, for the ultimate personal winemaking experience - to craft your own personal blend of Robert Mondavi Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2007. Using selections of finished wines from some of the finest blocks of the To Kalon Vineyard, Genevieve will work with you to develop a finished wine that delivers exactly what you look for in a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Ten cases of the final blend will be bottled exclusively for you.*
Your day at Robert Mondavi Winery will include a tour of the vineyard blocks selected for your private blend and an al fresco lunch hosted in the garden by Genevieve where you will receive a 6L bottle of our Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2005, decorated by Margrit Biever Mondavi. After lunch, you can return to our Estate House where we will provide accommodations for 3 couples for two nights.
That evening, join Robert and Margrit Mondavi for an intimate five-course dinner for you and five guests in the winery's Vineyard Room. On this occasion, Margrit Mondavi will present you with an original Picasso "bacchanal" lithograph from his celebrated Aristophanes series (Aristophanes VI, c. 1934), depicting the "art" of wine as only Picasso can.

This lot begins with a British-made 1956 Austin Healey 100-4. One of 10,688 ever built, this restored automobile features a 2.7-liter, 4-cylinder engine with a 4-speed manual transmission. This vintage car will continue to age with the finest of wines!
Paired along with this Austin Healey will be one 3L bottle of our 2004 "7" Cabernet Sauvignon and one 3L bottle of our 2004 "8" Chardonnay, each in their own handcrafted wooden cases.
To finish off this "American Classic" auction lot, the Steffens family invites eight guests to visit their new winery on top of Spring Mountain. Upon arrival, you will begin your tour of the winery highlighted by a barrel tasting in our caves led by winemaker Luc Morlet. You will then sit down to a memorable dinner overlooking the Napa Valley prepared by one of Napa's top gourmands, chef Peter Hall. Dinner to be scheduled for a mutually agreeable date.

Their finished unique blend of twelve 750ml bottles will have personalized labels.
There is no finer example of Cabernet Sauvignon than the terroir-driven wines from Diamond Creek Vineyards: Volcanic Hill, Red Rock Terrace, Gravelly Meadow and our tiny, 3/4-acre, exclusive Lake Vineyard.
The winning bidder will receive one 9L bottle and two 6L bottles of the 1996 Lake wine. Napa Valley artist Roy Corro has created a very exciting, stained-glass art piece that is a composition using copper foiling and sculpted to form a unique gift box to house these three very rare Lake bottles.
